Every year, the award proposes an award that is suitable for interpreting the situation of the city of the year. This year, the situation of Hualien is interpreted as "Creation in Adversity", not only because of the natural disasters it has recently encountered. In fact, Hualien, with its vast territory and high proportion of dispersed population, has always brought many adversities and challenges to the local team that need to be overcome.
*Awards specially created for the theme of the annual meeting, "Adversity & Creation", limited to teams from the city of the year (this year is Hualien)
Based on the diverse aspects of local creative development, we will create special awards and open registration to local teams.
